At Country Aire, we have homes for sale that include the land. Prices will vary based on the size of the lot, size of the home, and option package.

Lot Size Options:

• Standard lots have a size of 50′ wide by 90′ deep which gives owners 4,500 SQ.FT.
• Extra-large lots go up to 65′ wide by 90′ feet deep which gives owners 5,850 SQ.FT.

We have an open policy when it comes to purchasing and setting up homes.

Home Options:

• Purchase a new manufactured home and exterior package
  (set-up, driveway, carport, skirting, a/c unit, shed, and landscaping) through our sales team.
• Purchase a new manufactured home right off our lot.

Utilities:

Country Aire Manor also offers water and sewer service from our in-house utility system as well as trash service. There is a monthly fee per lot for these services.

RV Booking

Pricing:

Annual Stay (12 months): Only $425/month + tax and electric

6 Month Stay: $2999 + tax and electric.

For one low monthly rate, enjoy a private space and all of our marvelous amenities including a relaxing pool, luxurious clubhouse, and blissful neighbors. Our kind and willing staff will help with anything to improve your time.

Utilities:

All RV lot rental prices include water, sewer, and trash services.  Electricity is always available but billed separately for stays of 1 month or more. It is not included in our rental prices for stays of 1 month or more.

Taxes:

Recreation sales and use taxes are not included in our rental prices.
